No. We furnish all the cleaning supplies and equipment, but if you prefer a particular

product or your equipment just let us know and we will happy to use it.

Q. Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we clean.

You are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any time.

Q. How do you determine your rates?
The rate for your cleaning service is determined by the size of your home .

Just call us and answer a few questions and we will be able to provide you with an estimate.

Q. How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept payment by cash, check and money order.

Q. How will you gain access my home?
We must be able to access your home to provide services.

We will leave this up to you, which choice you feel most comfortable with.
1.  You may meet the cleaner.
2.  You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence.
 

Q. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday,

we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning service.
